As always, slaving away on my laptop has paid off. 🙂 YAY ME! I thought after a few months of “liking” everything on FaceBook, filling out requests and clipping coupons, I’d be bored and stop. Not even close! Here are some pictures showing why I don’t want to stop.

John Frieda Frizz-East Shampoo/Conditioner & Hair Serum NLA

(2) FREE Pantene 0r Conditioner coupon. Max value $4.99. This was a Facebook offer. I already got my coupon, so when these two showed up I was beyond happy.

Coupon for a free bag of Fresh Express salad +  3 $1 off coupons AND a bag clip. This was via a Vocal Point offer.  If you haven’t signed up with them you really should. They have great offers for freebies or high dollar coupons on a pretty regular basis. Their surveys (the one’s participated in) are not long and tedious.

 

Poise pads and (2) $2 off coupons. This was another shocker. I already got my sample and coupons for Poise. In a previous post I shared that I got a pink box even though I chose the purple. Someone must have heard me. LOL

2oz bottle of Muscle Jel from a company called Water-Jel.  NLA

Coupon for a free a Belleza Suave hair care product. This form is in Spanish, but you don’t need to know the language to get this.

A clingy sticker to put on your car dash or rear window reminding you to use your recyclable bag. I always forget my bags even though I keep a few in my trunk. Hopefully I’ll remember to put the sticker on my car so I can remember my bags. 😛 Visit www.ConservingNow.com

CVS Trip August 17, 2011

I don’t post a lot of my shopping trips. They usually aren’t much to holler about. I am proud of myself today so I thought I’d share. It’s also a reminder of what YOU can get for FREE when you shop at CVS.

When you walk in the door at CVS go directly to the coupon machine. Don’t let ANYTHING distract you. 🙂 Today I scanned my card twice and got the following:

expire the day after printed…

  • FREE Caramello bar, 1.6 oz ($1.19 value)
  • FREE CVS Brand Fabric Band Aids, 20 ct. ($4.29 value)

expire 1 week from day printed…

  • $0.50/1 Big Chill Purified Water, 20 oz
  • $1.00/1 Hershey’s Air Delight Kisses Bag

Pay close attention to the expiration dates. They very and the freebies usually expire right away.

 

So this is what I got for $18.68 out of pocket.

1 Reece peanut butter cup (They were out of the Caramellos. The cashier said I could sub any Hershey product up to 1.19) FREE

1 CVS brand 20 count fabric band-aid 4.29 FREE

2 Myoplex chocolate protein shakes 4 pk 11.99 marked down to 2.99 each! (18 savings) $5.98

2 Nuance Salma Hayek Dark Cacao & Coffee Firming Body Cream 14.99 B1G1 – (2) $2 off any Nuance item) $10.99

2 Nuance Salma Hayek Detoxifying Facial Cleansing & Toning Towelettes 7.99 B1G1 – (2) $2 off any Nuance item) $3.99

1 French Tip strips 2.87

$23.63 – $5 ECB = $18.63

TOTAL SAVINGS OF $40.26 🙂 🙂

Snail Mail & UPS Goodies August 9, 2011

A second Snail Mail post in one week? YUP! I’m getting that popular. 😛

There is going to be more then one picture too!

This package was from a Friskies Facebook Fans giveaway. My mom filled up both balls tonight (5 cats) and one popped open. Mimi played with one of the sides as opposed to when it was put together, with treats inside! The other one is stuff full of treats. Yes, my cats are THAT lazy!

This time I found out I wasn’t alone. I’m thinking that they run out and send packets to the rest? I’m going to start “Saving” my entries. I hate to complain about FREE samples, but it’s a little disconcerting when you expect one thing and get another.  Has that happened to any of you?
